Kelley Condon, OD

Dr. Kelley Condon is a Colorado native from the southeastern plains. She grew up in the small town of Lamar, Colorado where her parents still reside. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder before acquiring a master’s degree in secondary education. Teaching for several years provided her with a wonderful experience, but she felt the need to further advance her education and fulfill her dream of becoming a doctor.  Dr. Condon’s optometry path was forged at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma followed by the opportunity to work in a large surgical practice in Lawton, Oklahoma for several years.

Dr. Condon found herself wanting to be closer to her family and made the decision to start her own practice in Colorado.  She landed in Golden where she opened Table Mountain Vision Clinic and watched it grow for the next 22 years.  She became continually active in the community and held numerous leadership roles to enrich and develop the city of Golden and to promote and empower women-owned businesses.

Colorado road trips allowed Dr. Condon and her husband, Mark, to fall in love with the Western Slope. They knew that this would be where they would like to settle when the time was right. That time is now.

Dr. Condon is proficient in all aspects of ocular disease such as glaucoma and macular degeneration, infections, and dry eyes.  She specializes in glasses and custom contact lenses in addition to post-op co-management for Lasik and cataract surgeries.

Dr. Condon belongs to the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Colorado Optometric Association (COA).  She previously served on the COA board and currently serves as a key person in a grassroots effort to expand the scope of optometry.

Dr. Condon and her husband enjoy golf, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and paddleboarding.  Both are looking forward to meeting new people, exploring, and having more adventures as they make the Western Slope their new home.
